The Little Brian Paint Sticks offer a fun, clean and very convent way to paint. They are extremely versatile and can be used for a range of techniques such as blending, stamping, colour washing, scraping and dotting. Experiment with different effects and create water colour pictures by gently brushing water over the picture.

Paint sticks are used just like glue sticks and allow vivid colours to be transferred directly onto a range of surfaces - canvas, wood, paper, card and even glass. Pick your colour, lift the lid and twist, unleash your creativity and when finished just pack away - no mess!

How to use Little Brain Paint Sticks

Wide range of techniques

Blending

Apply Paint Stick colours directly to the surface and blend using a damp brush, cotton bud, cloth or wipe to create colour blending effects, perfect if you want to recreate a beautiful sunset scene.

Washes

Either mix with water or apply directly to the surface and wet with a brush to produce wonderful washes.

Scratchboard

Apply Paint Stick colours to the surface and leave time to dry. Apply black paint on top of the dry layer. Whilst the black layer is still wet, scrape into it using scraper tools to reveal the coloured paint layer below.

Stamping

Wet the stamp, apply Paint Stick colour direct to the stamp (or potato!) then have fun and stamp away!
